NEW DELHI: Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Monday extended the judicial custody of former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia till April 17 in CBI’s case related to alleged irregularities in the now-scrapped excise policy.
After being produced before special judge M K Nagpal, Sisodia’s judicial custody was extended by 14 days as requested by the investigating agency.

The federal agency informed the court that the corruption case related to the “scam” had reached a critical juncture in the investigation.
Sisodia was apprehended on charges of corruption linked to the formulation and execution of the now-scrapped liquor policy for 2021-22.
